Love, an addiction that no one prepares us for No warnings, no labels No one taught us The dangers of losing Ourselves, our sanity Consumed with thoughts Thoughts of only you The rush, the high Those feelings excite Nothing compares to Dreams of you.. Delusions of you.. Reality incomparable The mind's a vast world Where only you exist A world, a cage I sometimes confuse A dream with no dawn Freedom's intangible Where do I exist? My thoughts, Not my own anymore Wake up! I Wake up! To find myself In silence.. It's quiet now, so empty.. Feelings now hollow The mundane's a new low I crashed and I weep..
